Why what they propose matters for the company becomes as clear at it is compelling. The stakes, problem, solution, risks (how they are mitigated) and what they are asking for – especially the WHY – strike out from each slide.
Presenting to win is possible and enjoying a pitch as audience is possible. The speaker remains her or himself yet their message takes on a new clarity and force. And the audience wants to say “yes”.
